The “Parse” options read ./isolinux/isolinux.cfg on a CD or USB, and automatically converts it to a grub config and switches to the boot menu of that distro. This makes booting ISOs *much* easier than before. The important change is to use media=usb. If this does not work for your HP ISO, you will need to look at the \system\isolinux.cfg file to see what parameters are required in your .mnu file; however the basic menu format should be maintained (i.e. kernel command followed by an initrd command). Whether you boot from a floppy disk or a cdrom, these two docs are very useful. Basically, what you want to do is customize the isolinux.cfg file located on the floppy disk or cdrom. For example, you can put in the ip address, netmask, dns, gateway, and even the location of the Kickstart file on the net.
